David founded Lighthouse Commercial Real Estate on June 22nd, 2010. Realizing that Madison needed a high integrity, client focused, third party brokerage firm to truly satisfy business owners and property owner’s commercial real estate needs, Lighthouse Commercial Real Estate was formed. Lighthouse Commercial Real Estate has been founded by a core group of people that bring Integrity, Ethics, and Client Focused Passion for Success to each and every Lighthouse Client.
Lighthouse will continue to grow and add new brokers and support staff, with the goal of being the preeminent 3rd party commercial real estate brokerage in Madison. “We are not in a rush to grow, simply to grow. We are on a determined course to hire the best of the best, and to bring a level of credibility to brokerage that hasn’t been seen before in the Madison, WI marketplace.”

Most recently, David spent over 4 years as an associate with NAI MLG Commercial, headquartered in Brookfield, WI. MLG Commercial is considered by many to be the best 3rd party brokerage company in the state. “My years at MLG were the best I could have ever asked for. My personal growth in this business was a direct result of working for the best of the best. Starting with Michael Mooney, a man who is truly a legend in commercial real estate, and going on down the line with a diverse group of principals, each of whom have incredible strengths. It was impossible to not learn something new and valuable each and every day. I was truly fortunate and blessed to have an opportunity to work for a great company, and to do my part to try and make it even better.”
Before joining MLG, David founded three other successful companies. His entrepreneurial spirit and enthusiasm is something he brings to the table for all of his business clients. “I love leveraging passionate creativity to help others solve very difficult problems.
