Becoming a World-Class Organization
So, have you ever thought about becoming “world-class?” If you are any type of organization (service, healthcare, government, manufacturing, etc.) there are seven “systems” that have been proven to take organizations to the next level called the Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence: Leadership, Strategic Planning, Customer Focus, Measurement, Analysis, and Knowledge Management, Workforce Focus, Operations Focus, and Results.
