Submitting content to the Platform allows you to share your real estate information with other users. By submitting content, you agree to allow Lighthouse to publish this information on the Platform.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
You may choose to share certain information. You may also choose to share your activity on other platforms, such as Facebook, Google and Twitter. Please read the privacy policies of those platforms, and any others you may use, because your Lighthouse activity published on those platforms will no longer be governed by Lighthouse’s Privacy Policy.

Please note, however, that Lighthouse reserves the right to surrender user information (1) if we believe Lighthouse has been used to commit an unlawful act, (2) if the information is subpoenaed, (3) or if Lighthouse is sold or acquired.
Comments
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
Your Data Rights
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Third-party websites may have their own privacy and user security policies. Lighthouse is not responsible for any content on third party websites, or securing or maintaining the privacy of any information they collect or you provide to them.
